A:

You can exit to the Ayer Keroh toll gate interchange and follow the sign board direction to Melaka town. Our Hotel is located in Jalan Merdeka, Melaka Raya.

A: It is about 5-10 mins by car.

Q: Are your rates per room or per person?

A: Our rates are per room per night and please note that Single means for 1 person and Twin means for 2 persons maximum (unless otherwise specified).

Q: Do your rate include breakfast?

A: No. We do not serve breakfast. You can find many food courts/restaurants/coffee shops around us, where you can enjoy variety of local foods such as Hainan chicken rice ball, satay, roti canai, famous Teochew's Bah kut teh, etc.

Q: Do your hotel have Long Term Rates?

A:

Yes, please find below our long term rates:
Long Term Guest (Applicable on minimum stay of 14 days continuously or above) 
A) Deluxe Twin/ Queen- RM75.00 Nett
B) Deluxe Family- RM105.00 Nett



Q: Do your hotel accept foreign currency?

A: We only accept Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Q: How many people can stay in your room?

A:

For Deluxe Twin/ Double is 2 person and Deluxe Family is 3 person, additional pax need to request for extra bed at RM30.




Reservation

Q: Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?

A: Yes. You can contact us via phone at 606-281 5511 or online  to make a reservation directly.

In reply, we will confirm your reservation within 1 working day.

Q: After I make my reservation, how long does it take to get a reservation confirmation?

A: Within 1 working day (not including Sunday & Public Holidays). When you make a reservation with us, within hours, you will receive our Reservation Request Acknowledgement via e-mail, confirming that your reservation request is now being processed. At the same time we will check our reservation database. Upon confirmation (usually within 1 working day), we will send you a confirmation with your reservation details via e-mail or fax.

Q: What is the latest time that I can make a reservation?

A: We accept reservations that are made at least 3-working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) before the check-in date. For corporate clients that have established a corporate account with us, we accept reservations on a 1-working day notice.

Q: How do I make reservation online?

A: Please kindly follow the Online Reservation link and fill up the reservation form. We will confirm your reservation within a day either via email or telephone. Note: We accept on-line reservation up to 3 months in advance. For more than 3 months reservation, please contact us directly at reservation@fenixinn.com.

Q: How do I secure my reservation?

A:

You can pay us 1 night deposit by cash to:

*For proved of payment, please fax the bank in slipt to +606- 284 2581.
** Accomodation is confirmed subject to one night's deposit in advance. Otherwise,  reservation are held until 5:00p.m. unless prepayment is paid to hotel prior to arrival.

A: Yes. We do provide internet access in the rooms with shared streamyx line of 1Mbps.

We also provide business center service at a reasonable rates.


Q: Do your hotel provide hot shower?

A: Yes, we do provide hot shower with high water pressure.

Q: Do your hotel provide car park?

A: Our hotel have ample car park with CCTV security system and free car jockey service.

Q: Is there a safe in your hotel?

A: Yes, we provide safe deposit box at the reception counter for free.
** Guest is liable for the safe deposit box key. In case of damage or loss, the charges for replacement or force opening is RM500.

Q: Do your hotel have smooking area?

A: Yes, the smooking area is at our walk way with bench to relax and listen to birds chirping.

Q: What is your check in and check out time?

A: Check in time   : 3.00 p.m.
Check out time : 12.00 p.m.

Q: Can I request for late check out?

A: Yes, you can request for late check out from our front desk depending on room availability. RM50 will be charged if you check out later than 2 hours from our check out time at 12.00p.m. Check out after 5.00p.m. is considered as extend stay and one night room rate will be charged.

Q: Can I check in earlier?

A: Yes, you can check in earlier subject to room availability. However, there will be a surcharge of RM50.00 if you wish to check in before 12:00p.m. If you reach our hotel earlier, you can leave your luggages with us free of charge and go out to have a walk at the nearby attraction  while waiting for the room to be available for check in.

A: Yes, we have corporate rate facilities for our regular business guest with the below special rates:

A: You can write a corporate rate application letter to us and we will approve your application if you are able to meet our criteria.

Q: What are the criteria to fulfill in order to apply for the corporate rate facilities?

A:
    Below are the criteria to fulfill:
  • The applicant must at least stay with us two time at our current walk-in promotion rate.
  • Name of the staffs to enjoy the corporate rate should be listed down in the application letter.
  • The Corporate Rate Contract is considered as in-active and will be void if there is no check in for 3 months consecutively.


Q: Can we apply Direct Bill(City Ledger)  to Company under the corporate account?

A:

Yes. Prerequisite to the Direct Bill are:

1. Must be Private Limited/Limited Company (Sdn Bhd/Bhd).
2. Must be our Corporate Account. To apply to become Corporate Account and enjoy the corporate rate, please refer another Q&A.

Once you fulfill the above requirement, you then need to submit your Direct Bill (City Ledger) Application Letter together with the documents as follows:

3. M&A
