Maritime Museum
This is unique museum housed in replica of the flor de la Mar, a Portugese vessel that sank off the Malacca coast. Inside the museum are models of the ships, authentic maps, old iron chests and charts.

St. Paul Church
St.Francis Xavier was buried in the open grave here in 1553 before his body was transferred to Goa in India. The church has a commanding view of Melaka.

Melaka Sultanate Palace
At the foot of St. Paul`s Hill, lies the wooden replica of a 15th century Malay Palace. The building has been turned into cultural museum with main exhibits relating to Melaka culture.

Stadhuys
Another major landmark in the state, the Stadhuys was built in 1650 as the official residence of dutch governors and their officers, Originally white, it was given striking salmon red colour to match nearby Christ Church

Porta De Santiago
The hallmark of Melaka and perhaps the most phtographed next to the Stadthuys. Built by the Portugese in 1511 as a fortress, it sutained severe structural damage during the Dutch invasion

Proclamation Of Independence Memorial
Built in 1912, the former club house of Melaka Club now houses invaluable exhibits of the country`s struggle leading to the Indenpendence. Exhibits are in the form of relics, manuscripts, video tapes, films and slides.

Christ Church
Standing exactly as it always been since 1753, the church is tetimony to the Dutch architecture. Preservedin its original structure and form, it now houses the History Museum and Ethnography Museum

Hang Tuah`s Well
Located in kampung Duyung where Hang Tuah born. He spent his childhood among four of his good friends who later became the famous knights of Melaka

The Baba & Nyonya Heritage Museum
Straits Chinese or the Babas & Nyonyas, are Chinese of noble decendants who have adopted much of the Malay culture into theirs. The publics can now view the heirlooms unique to this heritage at a private museum run by the Babas & Nyonyas Melaka.
